We are seeking a Development Manager to help raise our c.£500k annual target. Working closely with the Chief Executive, the role will cover individual giving, trust & foundations, events, corporate giving, and public sector, but with a particular focus on the first two of these areas. The Development Manager will line manage the freelance Bid Writer who works remotely and looks after our trusts & foundations applications.
We are looking for someone with around three years of experience in fundraising, with a specialism in individual giving, including High Net-Worth Individuals. The successful candidate will have experience of managing people and/or projects, and be target driven. As we are a small team, candidates should expect to work across the organisation on occasion, and be available for our festival in late June 2020.
