Every year our Trainee Music Leaders are given the opportunity to design and deliver their own project in one of our Neighbourhood Schools.
Trainee Music Leaders Raph Clarkson and Amy Doyley, alongside Spitalfields Music Core Trainee Miriam Wakeling, will be working with Year 3 pupils at St Matthias Primary School to create original songs, soundscapes and stories linking with the class topic of ‘Pirates’.
The Year 3s will explore sea-themed classical and contemporary music and use their voices and bodies to create songs and soundscapes for their final assembly performance.
